The phone comes with a 24 month manufacturing warranty.
My advice comes from UK consumer law which maybe different in your country.
If a phone is bought from a retailer then its them that's person needs to approach for support.
If a phone is bought directly from Samsung then its them that needs to give support.
Screen burn can only be resolved via replacing the display.
Any Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can help and advise.
