My phone was nowhere near the water for the last two weeks.
On that day my phone was completely drained. I tried to charge my phone but it shows moister detected. so I waited for around 3 hrs and then tried. it shows the same error. I tried multiple cables. It shows the same error.
So I try to charge with another adapter that has the config of (5V ~ 3A / 9V~2A / 121V ~ 1.5A). then its charged. once the battery percentage rises to 2%, I switch back to my stock adaptor. it was working without showing moister detected error.
This happened to me twice this week.
What is the issue with my phone?

This has happened with other people's phones too @Ravana
The moisture warning isn't always because of direct contact with liquid.
It can be sudden drop or increase in temperature too.
Usually leaving the phone for 30 resolves the issue.
Sadly technically does glitch from time to time.
If needed a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can look at it when they re open after the COVID-19 pandemic ends.
