Does this mean your not getting any email messages to your phone ?
And you can't send emails ?
Are you able to send and receive emails using another device using your email credentials ?
You could try deleting your email credentials in the phone and reset it back up.
Other than that if all your preference settings in the phone and via the email login via a computer are correct then it may not be your phone but indeed the servers which is the responsibility of your email provider @AH5
