I've been trying to find a solution to the ratio/crop on my Note 9 when taking video, as it is cropped in comparison to taking a still photo and I am needing to use video with a wide angle.
Other posts have suggested turning off image stabilisation which should 'zoom out' the video making it wider, but this doesn't seem to work. I've played around with ratios and resolution settings but no luck.
Can anyone let me know what settings I should have my video on or if there is a fix to get it as wide as possible, or can it not be changed? Thanks.

Hi, every single sensor has to crop in when shooting a video, disabling stabilisation is the most you can do to alleviate cropping. That is quite standard for a smartphone and up to now there has never been which does not crop in.
Hope i explained myself
Have a nice day
