Unable to install Nedbank app on my Note9

I have just downloaded the NEDBANK APP from the app store & WILL NEED HELP. tO HAVE IT INSTALLED ON MY samsung Note 9 phone. I DID TRY TO DO THIS A LONG TIME AGO AND UNFORTUNATELY WASN'T SUCCESSFUL AS i didn't have the proper details required.

Can you tell us more info about the Nedbank app not working for you on your Note9?

Which app store did you download the Nedbank app from? (E.g. was it the Google PlayStore: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=za.co.nedbank&hl=en&gl=US )

Are you getting any error messages on the app after you've downloaded it? If so, what are they?
