On my Samsung Galaxy Note 9, i am able to shoot super slow motion videos. But when i try to edit and save those videos with the built in video editor, it's unable to save the slow motion videos saying "Cannot save video. Try again". However its able to edit and save regular videos after editing. Can anyone help?

Hi there, @ankurB.

Are you still having issues with this? Where are you trying to save the videos to? Which video editor are you using? Is it the stock editor?

Yes. I am trying to edit the Slow Motion Videos with the built in Slow Motion Video Editor in the phone shot using the stock camera app. I am trying to save videos to the phone`s internal memory.

The Slow Mo video files are a little bigger than a standard video. Do you have sufficient space to save these videos?

Yes there is a workaround. In the video editor when you are done editing your slow motion videos, just tap once on any of the two while handles at the ends of the video timeline and it will then save the videos successfully.

Wow. Thanks. The workaround works :smiling-face:

I found that the problem arises if you change your display to a custom width in the developer options.

Logcat reader displayed the error as "unable to start animation. Surface is null or no children."
