Spen not working on half screen on Samsung Galaxy Note 9

So I got this phone like a month ago and this just happened yesterday. Half my screen is non responsive to my sPen. Any suggestions?

If the spen has not any problems, it is a screen defect,i would advise you to contact a samsung costumer services to have it replaced.
