Galaxy Note9 SeriesThere is what looks to be paper or dust under the camera glass of my Note 9, don't really know how it got there as it hasn't spent a minute out of a case. Not major but would like to remove it if possible as it is quite noticeable, or know how it got there.

Galaxy Note9 SeriesHow long have you owned the phone @Glenn_ ?
I ask because some sellers give a 30 day cooling Off period to be able to swap it out.
If this isn't an option then a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can help you.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

Galaxy Note9 SeriesPretty much since release so swapping it is not an option unfortunately. Will try and visit a store soon, thanks. Annoys me as I had a cheap phone for 2 years before this, didn't even buy a case for it and had no issues with dust.

Galaxy Note9 SeriesIt can happen with any phone to be frank @Glenn_ wether it's a feature phone or a flagship.
As a rule of thumb I always buy my phones from a Samsung 'Bricks and Mortar' Experience Store and open it up in-house to give it a thorough check over.
However instances can arise where either some dormant dust is already in the phone and travels around it or somehow dust gets in as the phone is ip68 which is dust resistant which means it repels dust but it can in rare instances get into the phone.
I'm sure a Samsung Service Centre will look after you ..
