If someone phones me they cant hear me but I can hear them. If i call back they can hear me so not microphone.

I have that same problem with my note 9. been a couple of months now.

Go to settings from top pull down. beside settings wheel is power off button. push it and when options come up hold thumb on power off button until it says safe mode....select this. When phone powers off start it up again...it will take a minute or so and will be in safe mode. Power off again normally and when you power on again it should be fixed 🤞

well it worked with the wife calling me but her calling hadn't been a problem. I'll try some I've been having trouble with tomorrow as it's a bit late. thanks for now. 🙂
