Secure folder

I have lost my secure folder, please advise

On my phone it's under (settings) biometric and security.

Alternatively open settings and type secure in the search box.

The option to add it to your home screen can be found in there

Hi there did you back up the stuff on your secure folder I done the update the other day and went to my secure folder and it's empty forgot to back it up thanks

I can see the folder in the settings menu, but it doesnt open up. Comes with a message that something went wrong, contact customer service
