Is the blue light filter turned on? You can check by going to settings>Display and checking if the blue light filter has been toggled on

No it is not the Blue light Filter. Its Yellow with like lines.

Yesterday. I have done a factory reset even used a code which samsung gave *#0*# that runs the test and all ok with colors.

have you dropped it or knocked the phone substantially in any way? and are you able to post a picture?

I think the back-light may be failing maybe. check online, that might be the cause.

Check visual enhancement; colour lens. There is a 'mode' there that literally makes everything yellow (Note 8, Android 9, 4.4.111 kernel). I tried to make a screenshot, but it won't show the yellow, but this is the page.
