Samsung keyboard beta

Right out of the box, neural beta was pre installed on my note 9 and I could choose it normally. After a factory reset it disappeared and I'm no longer able to spot it. More over it won't install the apk I found online either. Any suggestions?

I bought mine in Australia .

Just go to Galaxy Apps & search for Samsung Keyboard Beta.

Install it and you are ready to go.

I have also factory reset and was unable to find under settings.

My S9 says it's downloading the neural beta keyboard 24/7 ..... how can I disable or stop it please?

I had the same issue on Galaxy S10e. As an interim solution, under 'Manage Keyboards', I turned off Samsung Neural and the downloading notification vanished. This had an impact on the keyboard i use. Now i need to get used to a slightly different keyboard. Functionally still the same, but Neural was faster and more accurate i guess. 

If anyone has a better solution, please do share.
