Samsung dual audio note 9 set up?

How do I set this up on note 9 to use two Bluetooth headphones at the same time? When I tap on the vertical dogs in Bluetooth settings, I don't see this feature. Does it not exist for note 9's?

It does support dual audio since it has Bluetooth 5.0.

I think all you have to do is connect to 2 Bluetooth devices as you would normally when connecting one, no special setup required.
