hi,
having unlock issues with pattron, as it wont accept the correct pattron to unlock
i already tried removing login options from samsung account, that is also giving an error

yes removed batttery and restarted it worked, luckily my brother knew how to open the phone

A reset can be acquired via logging into your Samsung Account via another device and choose find my phone.
