HAHA Sorry for being a d*** i been telling that since 2 weeks ago ONE UI PIE 9 Sucks on the NOTE-9 buggy crashing most apps not compatible with it it's a joke it's been rushed by Samsung!! i'm back on Oreo 8.1 Happy Days!!

Well... I 100% agree with you.... However I have wiped off the system cache and everything seems to be working fine as of now...

Yep i hope it fixes your issues via wiping! i'm going to hold of for at least 6 months before i upgrade.. hopefully by then Samsung has ironed out all the bugs!!
