Recently my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 has had an inconsistent screen issue, where it sometimes becomes discoloured and suffers from extremely slow refresh rates (I think it is called 'ghosting'?)
If you watch it to the end of the video, you'll see that after locking and unlocking it a few times, it usually starts working again.
Is there a fix to this issue?
