Note 9 Secure Folder App Shortcuts

Can't seem to find a way to add Secure Folder app shortcuts outside of Secure Folder. Seen this feature work on youtube, but I can't figure it out with my Note 9. I'm hoping they haven't removed this function.Scroll capture from: https://docs.samsungknox.com/secure-folder/Content/add-apps.htm
