Note 9 - Samsung Calendar

Samsung calendar is just ignoring location settings and what is set as "First day of the week" of the calendar. I want to have Saturday and Sunday columns highlighted by blue and red colors, but it's still highlighting Friday and Saturday as weekends regarding country of origin of the phone - UAE.

Is there any solution to this or maybe I should report it to development?

Strange behaviour indeed.
On my side from France , the local default is Sunday at first which is definitely not the way french people used to display calendar.
So yes I think there might be a small fix to provide from Dev team....
