I bought the note 9 in the month of november 2018 and as it seems to be a common problem, my s pen is broken into two parts. Somehow i was able to take the second part stuck inside the phone out. I have been using samsung note 3 for number of years with no issues with the s pen, still working with note 9, but totally disappointed with s pen of note 9. It is very much in the warranty and after spending good amount of money, did not expect to receive a product with low built quality. Looking for support from samsung. I have seen in the sasung community of USA, regarding the same issue and it seems to be very common.

you should visit a Customer Service Plaza from Samsung. The Phone must be opened to remove the other Part of the Pen. Perhaps one of the Moderators can forward your Problem, probably the Phone must be sendet to Samsung for rapair. At best it will be a warranty repair.

It is under warranty and i really did not expect the product to be like this. Moreover if i drop my phone and i would have broken the pen, then it would be my mistake. But in my case while taking it was broken from inside.

Please check this link, the actual problem is with the S pen product itself. I really like note series, main reason of taking note 9 instead of s9 + is purely because of S pen. I am looking for help from the moderator.
