Hello everyone.
After having my new Samsung Galaxy Note 9 for a couple of weeks, and using it for non-calling purposes, and when I started making calls, I discovered that the other party of the call either calling me or receiving my call cannot hear me no matter I speak to them using the handset or the speaker.
Actually, I faced this problem with my Samsung Note 8 and I solved that problematic issue by disabling the HD feature of the call sound. However, this time I cannot even find that option on my current Note 9 run by Android 8.1.0 & Samsung Experience 9.5. I have tried every possible fix including getting rid of all suspected apps but all my efforts went in vain. Therefore, now, the only way to make a call or receive it is by using earphones.
Dear Samsung, dear all users lease, please help to find me a very soon fix for this irritating problem.
Regards.

The same issue is been going with the S9 as well, but Samsung refused to acknowledge it and fix it as it appears in the s9 thread. I seriously question the quality check in terms of carrier functionality. Normally, the HD Call/4G Call/VoLTE settings should either be in Phone app - Settings or in Settings at mobile data connection.
One way to disable this is to limit your phone to max 3G instead of 4G. This way VoLTE will be disabled, but it would limit your data speed drastically.

Thank you. However, even this step (enabling 3G over LTE) did not succeed, unfortunately.

You have the right to ask for this within the first 28days of purchase from the retailer under the consumer act.
dear @Chewbacca
Hopefully you are well, may I know more about the consumer act and if it is maintained globally by Samsung itself or just by the official authorities of your country.
Thanks.
