My phone won't to the home WiFi , I've done all the usual checks but still nothing currently using my data package and I've done usual checks with home WiFi but still nothing HELP

Hi @nina160177, I recommend performing a diagnostic check via the Members app to check your phone's Wi-Fi function. You can do this by heading to the Members app > Support > Select 'View tests' underneath the Diagnostics heading > Wi-Fi.

Done this 1st it saying WiFi working so may have to contact Samsung itself

@nina160177 Thanks for giving that a try, are you able to connect to other Wi-Fi networks or are you just experiencing issues with your home network?

Only my home WiFi i haven't been any where else today

If you're able to access another network, I recommend testing your phone with it to see if you experience the same issue, this will help rule out whether the problem lies with your phone or your home network. Are other devices in your home able to connect to your Wi-Fi network without issue?
