Please I'm trying to install an app, dstv app to be precise, and it says I should endeavour to use a Google certified device.
The Google play store on my Note 9 says "not certified ".
Is there anything that can be done about this?
Thank you.

Are you able to download other apps ok from the Playstore @Edfrank  ?

If so is it possible the app your looking at isn't available in your region ?

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

@BandOfBrothers I am able to download other apps from playstore, and they work fine.

And the app is also available in my region. I have used it on an itel pad.

Thank you.

Perhaps check in your Playstore myapps and if its showing anywhere there then delete it to download a fresh copy @Edfrank

If not then perhaps contact the developer to ask them and or try a Google Search to see if others are having issues.

Check out the feedback section of the app on Playstore to see if others have posted similar issues.

I wish you all the best with this situation.
