My Note 9 had an update at the weekend and since then i have been unable to make or recieve calls. Essentially in either direction it goes through the process but appears to immediately drop or just doesnt connect and the ringing stops.
I have gone through many suppoer options from the droidguy and did a factory reset yesterday without any success. the phone is only 4 months old.

As a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone and then see if calls etc return to normal @Gavlar64
If they don't then it's your sim card or network connection.
If they do then as your probably out of any cooling off period you'd need to let a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre run a diagnostic test on the phone.
