I cant delete my photos from my gallery.

When I delete photos from my gallery they appear back there after a few minutes. This is becoming really annoying. As far as I can tell I am not signed into the samsung cloud and have never been.

Any help would be great.

@Youngie: At this stage I recommend checking to see if the Gallery is set up to sync with Samsung Cloud as this would usually be the cause of images re-appearing following their deletion: Apps > Gallery > Tap the 3 dots in the top right corner > Settings > Samsung Cloud > Sync Off. It would also be worth scrolling down to 'Recycle Bin' while in these settings to empty it and remove the images from the phone completely.

@AndrewL thank you but that has not seemed to work. Although I could not find recycling bin I did ensure that it was nit syncing and it is not. Still no luck deleting pics though.

Have you tired going into the files folder and deleting them from there?

The problem is from your samsung cloud.

1. Go to settings

2. Accounts and backup

3. Select Samsung Cloud

4. Hit the 3 dots.

5. Sync and backup settings.

6. Turn gallery sync off. If was turned off already, turn it on and turn it off again.

7. You can delete photos now. Fixed

I don't have the gallery sync as an option under Samsung cloud

yeah , I have the same problem and I dont have that option either. Even tho I delete the pictures directly from folders they still appear on gallery
