I am not sure how but I seem to blocked all private numbers from ringing my phone. Obviously they are not included in my blocked callers.
Can anyone help please?

Launch Phone App > Hit the 3 little dots in the top Rh Corner > Block Numbers > Toggle that Setting to Off.
