How to get water out of phone?

This morning i got a notification that moisture has been detected in my usb port. After trying the methods to get water out, the water is still in my phone. When i shake my phone, i hear the sound of some water in the top 1/4 portion of my phone ( i think ). How do i get it out. I need help.

What methods have you tried thus far @Chasing_Haze 

I would suggest rice and place the phone in a warm cupboard for a number of days i.e couple of weeks.

Any idea how liquid got into it and what type of liquid is it ?

Do not turn the phone back on until its fully dried out.

Hopefully it will turn back On but do take into account once liquid has entered the phone the knock on effects can be the insides failing at a later date.  😞
