High Pitched Noise

Ever since the new update I have noticed that my Samsung Note 9 makes this high pitched noise every so often, at least a few times a day. My phone stays in a protective case, it hasn't been dropped, no water damage, and actually no damage at all. Is anyone else experiencing this? The noise even happens when there is nothing up on the phone. It sounds kinda like when your ears ring.

It is making a noise when im putting my phone on charge. so is it ok to continue to charge with this noise still coming?

Im not able to reboot as battery is at 4%

I have a samsung A03 and when I make a phone call or even when I get a phone call I keep getting a screeching noise

Yes, I've been having the same issue too. It's annoying.
