Vas here, i came to face the same issue and i have been posting messages all around the forums and i dont think it is fair as well.
That is why we need to take this further, did you get any reply back from any samsung representative, cause i can see your post is 1 year and 3 months ago?
did anyone came back to you ?
we may have a case to raise for all ex customers if we get more people on board
