Galaxy note9 vpn doest not work

Hy!

I tried l2tp vpn,pptp vpn and it's not work

What's the problem?

From the router side everything is OK, i tried with an iOS device and its working perfectly

I tried the l2tp fail. Qnap App the QBelt (VPN) was crashed since Sept firmware update, too

Same setting on iOS12 is working on. 

Must be serious violations and bug in Note9 latest firmware.
