email device deregister

 I'm trying to setup my email on my new note 9 but it's not playing ball it says I've got too many devices registered and I need to deregister one but there are no instructions as to how to do this anybody got a clue

Hi @Gyro999

This sounds like a restriction from your email providers side. With this in mind I'd recommend visiting their support site or contacting them directly to enquire about any potential workarounds for this issue and in the meantime remove the relevant email account from your previous mobile.
