Trying to connect to my new headphones

That's not good @Swift373

 

May I ask the make and model of your new headphones  ?

 

Also try turning the headphones Off and On and enter bluetooth pairing mode. 

 

Also turn Off Bluetooth on your phone and then soft reboot the phone by turning it Off and On.

 

Then try pairing up again as sometimes pairing can be temperamental.
