Black Camera Notch

Hi I have a really strange problem that I cannot sort out. I must have installed a wallpaper that had a black cut out camera notch the top of the screen on my galaxy note 9. I have deleted all wallpapers etc but the notch remain at the top and centre of the screen. If i go to display- full screen apps-advanced settings and select Hide Camera Cutout the notch is hidden because the display gets pushed down and leaves a black bar along the top of the screen

That the notch at the top middle of the screen. Any ideas on how to remove this.

In developer tools there is a option call simulate note.
Select default to get your screen back to how it was once before.

My thanks that worked perfectly. Are there any other setting in the developer options or in general setting you would recommend for the smooth running of the Note 9. Thanks again
