I updated my note 9 to android 10 two days ago and since then when I try to find informations about battery consumption then I get this
(sorry if it's in italian)
"analisi in corso..." stands for "analysis in progress..."
is that correct?

I would close the Device Care down in your multi tasking and then try a soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On.
If that does not help then go into Settings _ Apps _ Device Care _ Storage _ Clear Cache.
If that does not help then back up and remove any relevant Sd card and factory reset.
If still no help then let a Samsung Experience Store / Samsung Service Centre have hands on.
