If the user has multiple messages. Reading 1 message in an app causes the badge count to reset to zero.
Logically reading one message should reduce the count by 1.
Was fine a few years ago in previous OSs.
Complained many times. So have others.
When will it be fixed?
My Company users prefer IPhone because of this.
