2 days and a broken spen

Hi, i recieved my phone 3 days prior to my s pen braking, i used it 3 times and on the 3rd the rear tip came away from the pen, considering i have been extremely gentle as its my new FLAGSHIP phone i honestly cannot believe this is being sold as a working product, i do wonder what samsung will do about this because this really isn't acceptable i mean what is a samsung note without a functional s pen????????

I've seen previous posts on this forum and other forums where issues with the s pen have occured in relation to them breaking.

 

That said I've owned my Samsung Note 9 from launch day with no issues with my s pen at all.

 

Due to the length of time you've owned the phone I'd suggest to approach the business who sold you / supplied you your Note 9 as it would be them that needs to support you,  if it wasn't Samsung who directly supplied the phone to you and ask them for support.

 

You could also reach out to Samsung too via a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre or use their online chat etc.

Thank you for the advice pal, i already approached the seller im just waiting for a response, I've been reeding other forums and it seems to be a wide spread issue and it also seems like samsung are trying to avoid taking responsibility for it to.
