Hi, I bought this Samsung note20 5G, since I m using my sim in new phone, I m unable to hear the other person on the phone. WhatsApp doesn't even show that call is already connected. Other person can hear everything and on my end, I m still waiting for call to be connected.
Same goes for zoom meetings, other people can hear me. I can't hear a word even if it's 2or3 people talking on the other end. Anyone can suggest anything. O by the way, YouTube audio output is absolutely great. Issue only comes when trying to connect through the apps. Many thanks in advance.
