Hi, I've just received my note 20 ultra, and noticed a difference of white color temperature of the display in comparison with my previous note 10 plus.

Is Samsung already aware of this problem?

I did play around with the vivid mode, but that not really solves the main issue. It's like there is a 2-3% yellow filter on the display, which prevents letting white colors being 'white'

White istn really white, so images and videos are not really looking crispy as on note 10 plus.

To be fair what your seeing is indeed what others have too @necoicould and I think it's also what the individual themselves see.

If you perform a forum search you'll come across such threads with some advice in.

For me on mine I don't have the Blue Filter on and use the natural mode and what I see seems fine.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

Most likely because the panel is calibrated incorrectly on our UK version. Don't use natural. To fix the yellow problem:

Use vivid on display settings. Then drag 1 or 2 notches to the right on white balance to warm. Then on advanced settings drag the green slider all the way to the left. This should make everything more white looking.

Now try this. Take a picture of a person on your note 20 ultra. Bluetooth the picture to another device you have. Compare the photos and you'll notice the person's skin on note 20 ultra has no shadow definition. This is another problem with this screen. It needs proper calibration. 😞
