Hey guys,i preordered the new Galaxy Note 20 Ultra,and i claimed the gaming set...but the Xbox ultimate pass didn.t arrived .

When should i expect to get it ? Thanks .

I would check the spam folder.

Also, I believe you must register your product if it was not purchased on the Samsung Store or else they do not know how to reach out to you and the reason for not getting any email.

Search for the Samsung Members app on your phone. Under the get help tab you will find  the register option.

Customers redeeming their evoucher before 15 September 2020 will receive a code to redeem their  3 months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate via email on 15 September.  Customers using their evoucher after 15 September will receive an email with their code within 24 hours.

yeah there was an issue with the codes being sent out something to do with the 15th of last month they told me on the phone, I got finally got my code sent via email, I was absolutely devastated my code wouldn't work and then I read the small print 🤦‍♂️, new ultimate gamepass users only, could not effing believe it, the only way around it is to create a new account use the code and then log out back into your main account go to gamepass and download your games, the choices this month though dreadful 😢
