what metric are you using to come to the conclusion that wireless charging is not being used by other smartphone owners other than yourself? Also please don't cross post the same rhetoric across several forum categories

@天上木太  There are pros and cons with Wireless charging but certainly some demand for it as customers like the convenience, prefer to reducing clutter and another advantage is less wear and tear on cables.  However on the negative side it tends to be slower  (though may not matter if charging during night) and cannot use phone at the same time, see more here https://www.xfinity.com/hub/mobile/pros-cons-wireless-phone-charging   However technology is advanced all the time though for instance Samsung and Apple do not currently offer the fastest wireless  standard with Qi    see  this article https://www.androidauthority.com/oneplus-warp-charge-50-wireless-test-1218604/
