I am a very frustrated customer that has not received the phone after being pre-order on the 5th August from the Samsung Online Shop under the upgrade program!
I have called Sales and they just mention a problem with Logistics and that they don't have a date for the delivery! How is this possible? No one knows anything, there is no other way to contact them and this is it. All they say is wait for the notification that will tell you when the phone is being delivered. Unacceptable!
Other users here have bought the phone way after the 5th August and they already have them!
Is there anyone out there with the same issue?
Sorry for all the rant, but I am really frustrated at this point!

You have a right to vent.
You Pre ordered in good time but it might be the colour and storage capacity of choice isn't in-stock for delivery.
I hope you get the phone ASAP.

I don't want to cancel and buy somewhere else as I can't get the pre-order bonus anymore...

Galaxy Note20 SeriesI received an email from Samsung advising the phone was on it's way and then the status of my order in my Samsung Account changed to shipped.
I use the DpD App which then said I have parcel activity.
This told me my parcel was at my local depot and would recieve my 1 hour time slot by a certain time.
