WhatsApp videos and friends status videos freeze on Note 20 Ultra.
Nearly all videos play for a couple of seconds before the video and audio freeze.

Go into apps, choose WhatsApp and then storage and clear the cache and then see what happens @marcofoo

Hi,
I have tried all recommended solutions online, from clearing cache to deleting data and reinstalling the app. Nothing has worked so far.
I have two versions of the app installed (dual SIM) and the same problem occurs.
It doesn't happen all the time, but at least 90% of the time.

My apologies I wasn't aware you had tried such troubleshooting tips going from the information supplied in your opening post.
Have you tried Safe Mode ?
Put the phone in Safe Mode which disables your downloaded app's but let's your stock app's keep working. If the issues stop then this highlights a downloaded app as the possible issue. Also perhaps try deleting one of the WhatsApp accounts off your phone and then see what happens.
All I can say is my N20 Ultra 5G on Android 11 with Samsung One Ui 3.0 isn't behaving the same way as your phone.
It works flawlessly on Mobile Data and Home Broadband Wi-Fi.

Thank for your reply, but how can Safe Mode help determine what the issue is when WhatSapp is not a stock app? Safe Mode deactivates WhatsApp and therefore such a test seemingly is not possible.
