How is possible that once the device was open you cannot return?
I am unhappy with battery and camera. they said once bought in shop (not online) you cannot return.
This is a scam very expensive.
Guys let me know if someone contacted the regulator otherwise, I will do myself. Anyone can come together will create a group on FB.

Did you buy the phone from a Uk Samsung Experience Store @Members_30lUwWi ?
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra 512Gb in Phantom Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

@Members_30lUwWi Consumers do have greater online protection https://www.which.co.uk/consumer-rights/regulation/consumer-contracts-regulations . For goods purchased in store entitled to refund/replacement in first 30 days if faulty or not fit for purpose. https://www.which.co.uk/consumer-rights/regulation/consumer-rights-act
No automatic right if change mind, though some companies will go beyond legal rights (not clear who you purchased from) see more here : https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/consumer/changed-your-mind/changing-your-mind-about-something-youv...
