Video Recording flickering

Does anybody have the same issue as mine  as when i attempt to record a video there is noticeable flickering that occurs in the recorded footage. This problem has persisted despite my attempts to troubleshoot the issue on my own , the phone is NOTE 20 ULTRA 5G.

Do you use Led lights
This problem occurs with this sort of lighting
I find changing the frames per second can help reduce this

Do you mean there is flickering during playback of your recorded video, or flicker for you to see on screen whilst recording video?. Does this happen on all lenses also?.

No actually I'm not using LED Llight

The flickering is while I'm videoing and also when i play them back. It doesn't happened in Ultra wide lens but it persists in the rest.
