I can't use the USB Type C to make phone calls on any of my Samsung's devices (Note 20 Ultra, Note 10 lite and Note 9) Why is that? Any tips?

I know but I noticed the issue first on my Note 20 Ultra so I wanted to see if there was an issue with the phone or the headphones so I tested the USB Type C headphones on my Note 9 and Note 10 lite and the same issue is present.

I don't know what you are talking about. Everyone knows how to do I'm talking about an issue related to either the phone, the headphones or the software.

Is this just while you make calls or  sound in general?

If it's just generally about sound,  I've just tried some of my housemates USB-C headphones on my S10e (which has a headphone jack) and they work.

Your in-box headphones have their own warranty with Samsung, so get in touch with the support team who will be able to help you out with this. You can contact them @SamsungUK Facebook or @SamsungHelpUK Twitter, or https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/contact/

Only when I make or receive a phone call.
I tried a 3.5mm headphone with a dongle adapter to USB type C and same issue.

Can you use it for phone calls without issues?

Once plugged in, go to settings and there are toggles for Calls and Audio. You can turn either ON or OFF.
