upgrade program return

Hi everyone I have received my new note 20 ultra and I have not received any return instructions for my note 10, am I missing something as this is the first time I have done this...

Any help or info would be great

You'll get a box to return your phone soon. The returns box doesn't come with the phone. It should be with you around a week after you receive the new phone. Sometimes, during new releases, this can take a few extra days, but it'll be with you soon!

the exynos chip has shocking battery life. in returning mine. Shame we don't live in the USA and get the better performing Qualcomm
