Galaxy Note20 Series
I've had the note 20 ultra 2 weeks and my charger isn't working. No signs of damage to the cable or the port. Am I able to have a replacement? Do I go through Samsung or where I got the phone from ?

I would suggest to return it to the shop you bought it from. If that doesn't work, then you could contact Samsung.

yeah I agree with Dimitru79, cause it's within 30 days I'd imagine they will just swap the charger for a new one. it's definitely not the phone? you tried other chargers I'm guessing? hope it all gets sorted.

Its on contract will that make a difference?? yeah definitely not the phone been using my old phone charger, ill give three a call if that doesn't work ill try Samsung. Thankyou for your help 🙏

if it's contract then you're definitely covered by the carrier or place if purchase, reach out to them first.

Thankyou. I have now managed to get them to send me a new charger, had to speak to 5 different people, apparently its gonna take 5 days. Just have to wait and see. Thanks again for your help 👍👍
