Text messaging app probblem.

Hi all, I seem to be having an issue with my text messaging app, It keeps asking me to register for chat service, When I press start then close the app down it goes back to the beginning and asks me to do the process again, Contacted Samsung support and I followed all the instructions to no avail, I did a soft restart and checked for a software update. Anybody else had this issue? Thanks in advance.

Yeah I've had the same problem myself for like the past year. I haven't found a solution either!

If you want chat features leave chat features turned off for 10 days. Turn chat off in connection settings, under more connection settings. If you turn on chat before the full 10 days it starts the clock over again. If your number has been blocked on the jibe server end it seems this is the only fix. I've had this issue a few times this year and doing the 10 day trouble shooting step worked for me.
