Terrible noise for Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G

Hi everyone

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G 512GB from EE provider Ealing Broadway branch in store and I collect phone on 2th Nov and unfortunately when I called to others, they cant hear clearly my voice and my voice have a lot of noisy.

I try to update last ver and I reset factory my phone and I change sim card but not solved problem even my friend record my voice with terrible noise and sent to me , its very bad and horrible , very noisy and I didn't know what should I do , because I was more than 15 year fan samsung phone and know I am very disappointed because I bought very expensive phone and I have nothing now !!! I try to video call to Expert member of samsung and play record sound and he accept it isnt normal voice.

Please help me and what shoul I do?

Return it to the shop you bought it off, for replacement.

As a process of elimination try your sim card in another phone and then see what happens.

 

Also try another sim in your phone.

 

Is this happening everywhere you go or in a particular place you make a call like home. I'm wondering if its the masts.

Return it, I am also with EE and never had any noise issue when calling or sending voice notes, even in low signal areas
