Anyone else still awaiting their order? 

My note 20 ultra was late , I even took a day off work to get it. 

Eventually came a day late, but with no ear bud lives. No explanation,  just didn't turn up. 

Customer contact line were useless as were live chat. 

Awful customer service tbh, samsung are in breach of their contractual obligation and shouldn't treat us this way. 

I called them today and still no ear buds!!!

you have to oder them using the promotion on the samsung members app on the note 20 ultra

If you are talking about the free ear buds offer on Note pre‐order, they are not sent out automatically. You have to claim them by going to the benefits section of the samsung members app, scroll right down to the bottom of the screen, second from the bottom I think, click on the "Have you claimed your reward yet?" option, follow from there, press claim and fill out form. Samsung will verify details within 5 days (they say) and send you your voucher to order the buds.
