you have to hold the power button and the volume down button at the same time.

Also palm swipe or if you use the edge panels there is a panel called Soft Key Edge which as a screenshot option in it which I find easier to use.

lol I was holding both but no success, then I clicked volume down and power at the same time and yeah finally I managed to do screenshot. Thanks for help.

It's not your fault, the new set up is really difficult to do. It was so easy on the older Samsungs.

As others have said, you have to hold the volume down and power button at the same time, but what is not mentioned in this thread yet, is you have to then release them before the power menu shows up.
